One hour pre-recorded online first aid session video presented by Shrenika, owner of Little Beat First Aid, registered nurse with 15 years experience in paediatrics, certified emergency care instructor and mum of 2.

This video covers infant and child CPR, first aid for choking and other common childhood incidents such as burns, head injuries, febrile seizures and more. Also includes a 30 minute follow up zoom call with me which can be booked after watching the video for any questions or clarification that you may need.

Ideal for families who may find it difficult to be available for a 2 hour live online session and those who want to learn at their own pace. Learning first aid shouldn't be a challenge! I want to make it easy and accessible for all.
